Ouch...

For those of you with a squeamish disposition, look away now...

Oops, too late! :]

This morning, I went outside to see how warm it was and pop some stuff into my recycle bins while I was out there.

On the way back, I managed to sandwich my heel in-between the bottom of the door and the floor, just as I was taking a step!

Ooh...

I didn't swear once*, but I did get that funny gross feeling when I saw the door had taken off all layers of skin, revealing that white
fatty looking stuff below the skin, then the pain really kicked in and then it started to bleed profusely.

Retrieving the chunk of flesh, left hanging off the bottom of the door, was not nice either!

See what you did where exactly?
Joking... You pun meister you.

Sarah:
Life is too complicated, too random and societies right and wrongs are nonsensical.
Ooh, yeah, I should have photographed it... doh! Oh well! :]

Sarah:
I know... ;]

Mr Hutton:
Hahaha, it doesn't compete with you I know, but hey it's a start and it's the worst thing I've inflicted upon myself for a long time. :)

Max:
TeeHee - erm, no actually, but who would want to kiss an injury that looks like a scene from 'Pet Cemetery' I'm not sure!
Are you offering? LOL

Dakota:
Oooh I hope not - it was a tad sore shall we say! Cheers Dakota! x

invertedf's wife says -
I suffered that kind injury in my youth for the sake of fashion & never resorted to flip flops in case the fashion police caught up with me !

inverted - is thinking how cool the shoe must look that cause that injury.

Phil said...

looks like that smarted.
I can show you wounds if you want :-)

InvertedF's Wife:
Ah, so was it high heels or thigh length boots eh? Mmm, I’m fantasising now *cough* I mean wondering sorry!
Fashion police... I'd have a life sentence if they caught me at the moment! :]

InvertedF:
See above! TeeHee...

Phil:
Ooh, it did! :(
Wounds, yeah, I have a few, but I believe yours would kick ass?
